Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Coordinate and liaise with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee contract administration, procurement processes, and site supervision activities.

Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction management discipline.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in managing architectural or construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and architectural software.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
