About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager for a significant project focused on implementing a new HRIS system and associated process improvements in Cambridge . This role requires a strong background in project management, coupled with a deep understanding of HR functions and system implementations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key HR projects, particularly HRIS implementations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Liaise with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business departments to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and user training for new HR technologies.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Project Manager or Project Manager with significant HR project experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering HR system implementations (e.g., HRIS, Payroll).

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
