About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead IT Project Manager to join their organization in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, enterprise-wide IT projects.
- Develop and implement strategic IT project management frameworks and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT project managers, fostering their professional development and performance.
- Oversee the management of project budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT transformation projects in a remote environment .
- Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
