About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of complex IT projects, including software development, infrastructure deployment, and system integration, from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Effectively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with distributed IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company IT governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and critical decisions regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adept for remote interaction.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and collaboration software for remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or ITIL certification is preferred.
