About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Project Manager to lead diverse projects within their growing infrastructure division based in Belfast . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex telecommunications rollout and upgrade projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalise telecommunications projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and scheduling using project management methodologies.
- Manage project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Mitigate project risks, identify potential issues, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges effectively to all relevant stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years managing projects in the telecommunications industry .
- Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale network infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
