About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage projects entirely from a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at virtual collaboration, digital communication, and remote oversight of construction activities. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, regardless of physical location. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams from afar.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Develop detailed project plans, scope, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively using digital project management tools.
- Conduct regular virtual progress meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management and clients.
- Mitigate project risks and issues, developing and implementing contingency plans remotely.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders through clear and consistent communication channels.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Construction Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and lead distributed teams effectively.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools .
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
