Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication across all disciplines.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
- Track project performance, monitor milestones, and provide regular, comprehensive status reports to senior management.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively for significant projects.
