Overview In this role you will lead delivery of safety, licensing, and assurance work for a nuclear client, ensuring regulatory compliance and governance. You will coordinate with SMEs and regulators to align with the wider programme, manage delivery plans, and drive risk mitigation in a highly regulated environment. The role sits within the Energy & Natural Resources division, contributing to safe, compliant projects for major clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes in a dynamic, global firm.
Responsibilities - Manage delivery of SLA work packages (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
- Develop and maintain governance and delivery plans
- Coordinate with SMEs on safety case and licensing outputs
- Support regulatory submissions and compliance activities
- Provide reporting inputs and track progress against milestones
- Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties
- Identify and mitigate risks in complex regulatory environments
- Staff management and mentoring (where appropriate)
- Knowledge management and input into internal database
- Process improvement of internal systems and processes
Key requirements - Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Working towards MCIOB / APM or similar
- Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
- BPSS level security clearance (able to obtain)
