Overview In this role you drive strategic, cross‑functional projects across R&D, manufacturing, and more to deliver on the product roadmap. You’ll manage scope, timing, and budget while coordinating multiple sites and external partners. You’ll lead governance, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities - Lead multiple projects within strategic programs and ensure delivery of business benefits
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks
- Identify risks, plan mitigations, manage issues and project controls
- Manage timelines and budgets while upholding quality and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, test, quality, supply chain, purchasing and external partners
- Monitor performance, address delivery obstacles related to cost or time-to-market
- Provide regular updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making and accountability for deliverables
- Support continuous improvement of PM methodologies, tools and governance
- Share lessons learned and strengthen project management capability across the organization
Key requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading multiple complex projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical or business projects
- Strong planning, resource, budget, and scheduling capabilities
- Experience managing risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or high-technology industries
- Experience in international and matrix organizations
- Knowledge of NPI, product development, or R&D project environments
- Experience managing external suppliers, subcontractors, or technology partners
- Familiarity with business case development and CAPEX management
