Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of large construction projects across varied sectors
- Oversee projects from pre-construction planning through practical completion
- Mentor and develop junior project staff
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and manage stakeholder communication
- Produce high-quality reports and project documentation for senior management and clients
- Perform contract administration duties (JCT, NEC or similar)
- Ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality, and budget targets
Key requirements - 8–10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in a consultancy or client-facing environment
- Degree in a construction-related discipline with chartered status or progression toward it desirable
- Proven track record leading high-value construction schemes from concept to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication and report-writing skills
- Experience with contract administration and familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts
- Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project (or similar)
