Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will drive delivery of building projects in Northern Ireland across the full lifecycle, from concept through commissioning. You’ll work within the Belfast team to meet client objectives, manage risk and cost, and ensure quality across multiple projects. You will lead commissions, collaborate with the project management group, and uphold NEC contract standards. This role offers impact on major infrastructure programs within a global, diverse firm.

Responsibilities - Manage projects from inception to completion across design, procurement, site delivery and commissioning
- Collaborate with the project management team to deliver capital investment projects
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact to ensure objectives are understood and achieved
- Lead project management commissions and take accountability for delivery
- Plan, direct and supervise activities on moderately sized projects with moderate risk/impact
- Support operational performance and continuous improvement of the Belfast PM team
- Demonstrate experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
- Administer NEC ECC contracts
Key requirements - Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline
- Chartered status with RICS / CIOB / ICE / RIBA / Engineers Ireland
- Membership with APM advantageous
