You will work across a portfolio of large dams and hydropower schemes, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to manage risk and ensure community-focused results. Responsibilities - Lead and deliver large, complex hydropower projects to time, budget and quality targets
- Proactively manage cost, schedule, risk, stakeholders, resources and governance across projects
- Coordinate among Owner’s Engineer, contractor teams, clients and lenders to ensure project objectives
- Provide advisory, design, remediation or due diligence support as needed on project lifecycles
- Foster strong team dynamics, mentor team members and maintain client relationships
- Support business development and cross-project collaboration within Stantec UK
Key requirements - Experience managing complex hydropower, dams or large energy projects
- Project management qualifications such as APM PMQ or PMI PMP
- Strong skills in cost, schedule, risk, stakeholder, resource and governance management
- Hands-on, proactive leader with excellent planning and communication abilities
- Experience in contractor or consultancy environments is advantageous but not essential
