Responsibilities - Lead multi-disciplinary, complex capital water projects and define governance structures
- Provide client-side project management across the full lifecycle (option studies to commissioning)
- Mentor Project Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices
- Manage subcontractors and remote resources; coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Drive project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
- Support business development and bid submissions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder engagement and H&S, risk, and contract management activities
- Oversee NEC contract administration and on-site delivery
Key requirements - Infrastructure project management experience (water industry desirable)
- Experience with NEC contracts (PSC, ECC; ECC accredited)
- Ability to work in integrated, multi-organisational teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with client organisations or secondments
- IT proficiency and bid preparation experience
- Security screening may be required
- Minimum 6 years' consulting PM experience with full PM lifecycle
