Overview As a Project Requirements Manager, you’ll shape and govern requirements across defence programmes, including nuclear, ensuring clear scope and alignment with client objectives. You will work closely with project teams, clients and leadership to capture, validate and maintain robust requirements. You’ll lead workshops, produce fit-for-purpose requirements documents, and drive a proactive requirements culture. This role offers exposure to complex, regulated projects with a clear impact on programme performance and risk management.

Responsibilities - Capture, assess and validate stakeholder requirements to support project scope and objectives
- Develop and implement robust, strategic requirements to enable future capabilities
- Maintain up-to-date requirements registers and document governance across teams
- Produce fit-for-purpose requirements documents to support infrastructure processes
- Engage with project managers, clients and senior leadership for alignment
- Create requirement management plans across multiple projects and programmes
- Lead workshops and training to foster a proactive requirements culture
Key requirements - Experience in Defence, regulated sectors within a project/programme environment
- Proven ability to develop and implement integrated requirements processes
- Experience with Requirements Management Software such as DOORs andAdvanced Excel
