Overview In this role you lead end-to-end project management on infrastructure commissions, acting as the primary client interface to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to define requirements, set governance, manage risks, and report progress. The work spans transportation, utilities and highways, with opportunities to influence large-scale schemes and advisory work. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment within Turner & Townsend’s project delivery mission.

Responsibilities - Lead project commissions from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Define and maintain project requirements and success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
- Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project
- Develop and maintain master project plans and schedules
- Coordinate resource planning and procurement
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Apply performance management using KPIs to improve outcomes
- Control change processes and manage budgets/forecasting
- Manage information flow with the client through regular meetings and reports
- Interface with client, consultants, and stakeholders at all stages
- Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment aspects
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement actions
- Produce formal progress and other project reports
- Support business development and client relationships, including bid preparation
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and retention of data and information
Key requirements - Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Experience on large schemes (100m+)
- NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
- Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS (preferred)
