Overview In this role you will support client-side delivery of balance of plant systems for a nuclear-focused programme, acting as an intelligent client to ensure integration across vendors and commissioning. You will manage scope interfaces, schedules, budgets and risk, while ensuring governance and safety. The position sits within a growth-focused Energy & Natural Resources team, offering exposure to major technical projects and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing to drive project success and client outcomes.

Responsibilities - Support delivery of balance of plant systems (HVAC, utilities, water, etc.)
- Act as intelligent client across vendors, advisers, and supply chain
- Manage interfaces between plant systems, infrastructure, and commissioning
- Maintain schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting for assigned scope
- Administer contracts, including change control and supplier performance
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and project controls functions
- Ensure governance, safety, and quality compliance
- Staff management input for junior team and resource planning
- Knowledge management by feeding learnings into internal database
- Process improvement of internal systems and processes
Key requirements - Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Working towards MCIOB / APM or similar
- Proven experience managing HT&M projects in a consultancy environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project simultaneously
- Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance
