Overview In this role you will lead complex deployment programs for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) across the UK/IE region, focusing on launching and retrofitting automated and material handling technology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver engineering solutions that scale with the network. You’ll engage senior stakeholders to balance trade-offs and drive improvements, shaping how delivery stations operate. Responsibilities - Manage complex, concurrent deployment projects in AMZL delivery stations across UK/IE
- Own programs related to launches and retrofits of Automation, MHE, or building improvements
- Lead full project lifecycle from concept and budgeting to handover
- Handle project phases independently with resource, capex, and timeline constraints
- Interact with senior management to provide trade-off solutions
- Identify and drive process or standard improvements across the country or Europe
Key requirements - Experience in automated or non-automated material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong technical background in relevant engineering fields
- Experience with project or program management in a similar setting
- Lean Management, Six Sigma or operations engineering exposure (preferred)
