Overview As a Project Manager in retail and leisure fit-out, you oversee multiple fast-paced schemes from inception to completion. You’ll own delivery, client relationships, and programme management, coordinating site teams and suppliers to hit budgets and quality targets. You’ll work with household brands and drive long-term partnerships while maintaining hands-on, site-based insight. This role offers autonomy, growth, and a clear path within a growing business.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple retail and leisure projects simultaneously
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee delivery against programmes, budgets and quality targets
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide regular progress reporting using MS Project and MS Office
- Attend the office weekly with flexible project locations
Key requirements - 4-5 years' project management experience
- Retail and leisure project background
- Experience with a principal contractor (not joinery subcontractor/office-fit-out contractor)
- Practical construction background; site-based progression preferred
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project advantageous
- Must live within ~90 minutes of the office
