Overview In this role you will lead multiple retail and industrial projects within the National Programmes team, ensuring delivery on time and to budget. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain rigorous reporting from feasibility through post‑handover, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities - Manage multiple projects across retail/industrial clients
- Follow procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
- Ensure Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality standards are met
- Prepare and manage key stage reports from feasibility to completion and post‑handover
- Deliver value for money in all circumstances
- Manage meetings and prepare minutes
- Run the bidding/tendering process and handle queries from contractors
- Oversee projects on LIVE operational sites
- Assist with contract document preparation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Key requirements - Construction Project Management degree or similar surveying qualification
- NEC experience
- Familiarity with design process
- RIBA experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service and client/interface skills
- Track record of managing teams, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines
- Organisationally disciplined, proactive, commercially astute
