Overview In this role you drive delivery for a government-facing project by coordinating multi-functional teams and technical leads. You’ll own scope, schedule and budget, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. A strong technical background enables you to navigate complex solutions and risks. You will work closely with the Senior Programme Manager to deliver impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution
- Collaborate with technical leads to understand and manage complex solutions
- Lead technical discussions within the programme team
- Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders
- Manage resource availability and allocation
- Apply change management techniques for scope/schedule/costs
- Report/escalate to management as needed
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Key requirements - Proven track record delivering projects or task work packages
- Extensive experience in Project Management
- Experience in SAFe Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage with a multi-functional programme team including customers, suppliers and internal staff with engineering awareness
- Understanding of business, finance and personnel management techniques and commercial aspects of projects
- Effective communication, negotiation and influence abilities
- Enthusiastic self-starter with strong verbal communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Technical background in software development/test activities
- UK SC clearance or willingness to undergo clearance; UK citizenship and 5 years UK residency requirement
