Overview In this role you will support a major maritime sector client by coordinating project controls within a multi-party delivery environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary PMO, reporting to the Group Project Control Manager, and help manage the capital investment programme over the next five years. The position involves close collaboration with client teams and delivery partners, with on-site presence 3–4 days per week. You will drive progress reporting, data interpretation, and stakeholder communication to enable strategic outcomes. A strong focus on accuracy, resourcing, and commercial insight underpins the role, contributing to safe, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities - Support the HUB PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission
- Communicate programme progress and status to client and delivery organizations
- Interpret and report key project data to multiple stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of project controls inputs, recordings, and reports
- Collaborate with client team and delivery partners across PMO, commercial, finance, procurement, and supply chain
- Manage delivery timescales within a highly complex project/programme environment
Key requirements - Previous experience in a similar project controls position
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Working knowledge of project control tools (P6, SAP)
- Ability to meet delivery timescales in a complex programme
- Strong commercial, financial and senior stakeholder management capability
- Experience in a multidisciplinary PMO setting
