Overview In this role you lead delivery of non-nuclear civil infrastructure, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. You will manage General Contractors, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and oversee scope, schedule, cost, and risk. This position sits within the Energy & Natural Resources division, contributing to large-scale, critical projects and improved programme performance. You’ll drive compliance, safety, and quality while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities - Lead delivery of civil works packages and coordinate contractors
- Manage contractor performance, site progress, and interfaces with stakeholders
- Control scope, schedule, cost, and risk; administer contracts and change control
- Engage internal teams and external authorities; ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Monitor delivery, resolve issues, and drive milestones
- Staff management and mentorship where appropriate; input into resource planning
- Capture and input project learnings into internal knowledge systems
- Identify and implement process improvements
Key requirements - Degree qualified in relevant discipline; working towards MCIOB/APM or similar
- Proven experience managing HT&M projects in a consultancy environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Eligibility to obtain BPSS level security clearance
