Overview In this role you will lead on-site delivery for fast-paced fit-out projects nationwide, ensuring safety, quality, and client expectations are met. You will sit within a delivery-focused team and work closely with a Contracts Manager to drive projects from site-set-up to completion. The opportunity centers on high-profile fit-outs for retail and leisure sectors, with the potential to shape project execution and site culture. You’ll work in a collaborative, senior role that shapes how the business delivers on its growing order book.

Responsibilities - Take full day-to-day responsibility as Number 1 on site
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance and adherence to company procedures
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain strong client-facing relationships and professional on-site presence
- Drive project programmes to meet deadlines
- Report progress, risks, and issues to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure build quality and standards are achieved
- Coordinate site logistics and sequencing on fast-track fit-out projects
Key requirements - Proven experience as Senior Site Manager or Site-Based Project Manager
- Essential experience in fit-out projects within retail, leisure, or commercial kitchens
- Strong track record as Number 1 on site
- Excellent Health & Safety knowledge
- Confident in managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong organisational and programme management skills
- Client-facing with excellent communication skills
- Experience using MS Project (advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Based in the North West and willing to travel nationwide
- Comfortable with working away from home as required
