Responsibilities - Carry out duties efficiently per processes and procedures
- Adhere to procurement/commercial/contractual strategies
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
- Prepare and manage key stage reports from feasibility to completion and post-handover
- Deliver value for money in all circumstances
- Manage meetings and prepare minutes
- Run bidding processes and manage tender queries
- Oversee multiple projects on live sites
- Assist with contract document preparation
- Oversee multi-disciplinary project teams
Key requirements - Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification with extensive technical delivery experience
- Well-organised, diligent, proactive, commercially astute
- Experience with NEC contracts
- Familiarity with design processes
- RIBA experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills
- Track record of delivering projects by prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
