Responsibilities - Lead initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of complex projects
- Manage development projects in line with Airbus project lifecycle standards
- Apply core project management methods in a dynamic R&D environment
- Leverage strong communication and leadership to ensure on-time, successful delivery
Key requirements - Experience with full project lifecycle management from proposal to customer acceptance
- Strong technical background in telecommunications or satellite communications systems, software, or hardware development (defence context preferred)
- Practical experience managing AGILE software development projects
- Familiarity with PMI lifecycle guidance as the basis for Airbus standards
