Responsibilities - Motivate and guide the team to ensure skilled consultants solve client challenges
- Take delivery and financial responsibility for technology and business change infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with other Project/Delivery Managers to grow the Infrastructure practice and identify new propositions
- Identify new client opportunities, shape requirements, provide estimates and guide through the sales process
- Develop your career via the Netcompany Academy and mentoring programmes
Key requirements - Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects in project/programme management
- Experience leading large technology and business change projects from scoping to delivery
- Experience with system integration across technologies and third-party suppliers
- Strong communication to management, team members and customers to build trust
- Financial management of projects including estimation, cost control and commercial negotiation
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing to support junior colleagues
