Responsibilities - Deliver complex, multidisciplinary design and construction projects across all lifecycle stages within time and budget constraints.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to support informed decision-making and issue resolution.
- Provide contract administration under NEC4 contracts, managing processes, risks, and stakeholder obligations.
- Oversee scope changes via formal change control to minimise impact on programme, cost, and quality; report progress.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
Key requirements - Experience delivering complex Buildings and Infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
- Proficiency with NEC contracts (PSC and ECC preferred).
- Strong collaborative ability in a high-performing, multi-organisational team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive relationship builder with networks across clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently when appropriate with Senior Project Managers and Associates.
- Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Experience in a client organisation or secondment arrangement.
