Overview In this role you lead end-to-end project management for large or complex infrastructure commissions, acting as the primary client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost and quality targets are met. You’ll work within the Central South team on transportation, utilities and highways projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and governance. You drive planning, risk, procurement and reporting to enable successful project outcomes. This is a chance to shape delivery on high-impact schemes within a supportive, growth-minded firm.
Responsibilities - Provide strategic project inception advice and approach options
- Define project requirements and success criteria
- Establish governance, processes and master plan
- Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Manage cross-functional project team and procurement
- Apply performance management via KPIs to improve outcomes
- Oversee change control, risk identification and mitigations
- Report progress to client and stakeholders; maintain communications
- Address Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks
- Plan for quality, safety, health and environmental management
- Lead client interfaces and manage multi-stakeholder relationships
Key requirements - Experience on large infrastructure schemes (100m+)
- Ability to lead projects to time, cost and quality targets
- Strong client relationship and cross-functional leadership skills
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and procurement processes
- Ability to manage budgets and forecast vs actual costs
