Overview In this role you will lead the delivery of complex building projects and programmes for major clients in a hybrid Cardiff setting. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from definition through handover, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, applying strong governance and procurement practices. Responsibilities - Deliver complex building projects and programmes for major clients
- Manage full project lifecycle from definition to handover
- Coordinate design management, procurement, contract administration and commissioning
- Lead project meetings and manage internal/external communications
- Manage schedules, risks and opportunities and report to clients and project boards
- Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships in complex environments
- Support governance, gateway approvals and business case development
Key requirements - BSc in related discipline
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Experience in delivery roles on medium to large building projects/programmes/frameworks
- Background coordinating multidisciplinary teams and integrating cost, schedule, procurement, health and safety, reporting, quality and planning
- Contract administration experience (NEC4 Project Manager / JCT Employer’s Agent)
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management
