Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and geographical locations.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively seeking solutions.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive virtual environment.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project channels and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, reporting key metrics and milestones to senior management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant focus on Agile project delivery.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote work.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence outcomes.
- Relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMP are highly desirable.
