About the Role
Our client seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead significant infrastructure projects in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and schedules, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and community representatives, to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and performance updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a focus on infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of managing large capital projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
- Experience in risk management and quality assurance for complex projects.
