About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to enhance retail operations through strategic project execution in Milton Keynes . This role is crucial for driving efficiency, implementing new technologies, and optimizing customer experiences across their retail network. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that impact store performance, supply chain logistics, and customer service improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of retail-focused projects, such as store refits, new system rollouts, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Collaborate with retail management, operations teams, and external partners to define project requirements and scope.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize disruption to store operations during project implementation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on retail operations or multi-site management.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects involving technology implementation and process improvement within a retail context.
- Excellent understanding of retail workflows, supply chain, and customer service best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies like Agile and Prince2.
