Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex SaaS product development projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Manage agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for distributed engineering teams.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability in a remote setting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of blockers.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and decisions effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and release management processes.
- Manage third-party integrations and vendor relationships relevant to SaaS product delivery.
- Drive post-launch analysis and feedback loops to inform future product iterations and improvements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex software projects from conception to launch.
- Excellent technical aptitude with a solid understanding of modern web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at managing remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Git).
- Experience in stakeholder management and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality SaaS products on time and within budget.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
