About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing global technology company specializing in Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Project Manager to manage the end-to-end implementation of their cutting-edge SaaS products for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ensuring successful client onboarding, project delivery, and client satisfaction, acting as a key liaison between the client and our technical teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of SaaS implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
- Manage client expectations, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding and drive user adoption of the SaaS platform.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams (developers, QA, support) to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvement in **remote** project delivery.
- Champion best practices in SaaS implementation and project management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on **SaaS implementation** or software deployment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex client-facing projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
