Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope and priorities.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources in an agile framework.
- Track and report on project progress, key metrics, and team velocity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the teams.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all project participants.
- Manage risks and dependencies associated with software development projects.
- Promote transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in software development environments.
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing multiple development teams simultaneously is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
