About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate remote IT teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
- Oversee the procurement and deployment of IT hardware, software, and services.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, security protocols, and company policies.
- Utilize project management tools and collaboration platforms to facilitate remote teamwork.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing software development, infrastructure, or digital solution projects.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Solid technical background or strong understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be UK-based and legally authorized to work in the UK.
