Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong focus on business transformation, process improvement, or change management projects.
- Demonstrable experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including those for process mapping and analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
