Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and risks for complex projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore).
