About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects from inception through to completion in the Leeds area. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans , including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all aspects of construction execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Coordinate and direct project teams , consultants, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed reports on project status.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and site protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations .
