About the Role

Our client requires a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead significant building projects in Leeds, West Yorkshire . This leadership role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication, driving project success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning and design to execution and closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations .
Manage and coordinate with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements

Substantial experience in project management within the construction industry.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and procurement processes.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
