About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects for key clients, ensuring successful delivery against agreed-upon scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements and project plans.
- Lead project teams comprising technical consultants, developers, and support staff, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
- Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, manage resources, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and status meetings, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Oversee the configuration, integration, and testing of SaaS solutions to meet client specifications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalation of complex problems to appropriate internal teams.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and gather client feedback for continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within SaaS or software implementation environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing technology projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementation projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
