About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of enterprise systems upgrade projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure smooth user adoption.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) upgrades and implementations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex IT projects with significant budgets and multiple dependencies.
- Strong understanding of change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with third-party software vendors and managing their performance.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
