About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects aimed at improving retail operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with retail management.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Manage project teams, including store staff, regional managers, and external vendors.
- Oversee the implementation of new retail technologies, processes, and training programs.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure projects align with brand standards and contribute positively to the customer experience.
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the retail or service industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and customer service principles.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
