About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Project Manager to spearhead significant digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of key digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and project coordinators.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across the organization to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Implement and refine project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are in place to support adoption.
- Track and report on project progress, budget, and key performance indicators to executive sponsors.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on large-scale digital transformation or technology-driven change programs.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, particularly with C-level executives.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with enterprise-level IT systems, cloud technologies, and data analytics projects is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Experience in managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
