Key Responsibilities

- Manage the project handover process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management practices.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- CSCS card or equivalent certification.
