About the Role
Our client, a major player in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking an accomplished Lead Project Manager to oversee significant development projects in and around **Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, UK**. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all phases of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.

- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Lead Project Manager, with a proven history of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering, construction methodologies, and relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse project teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
