About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex cloud infrastructure and application projects.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, resource planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Oversee the implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client specifications.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and achieve client satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as required for cloud projects.
- Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within a remote-first framework.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on cloud computing projects (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level cloud migration and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, and deployment models.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
- This role is 100% remote, requiring a dedicated home office setup and strong self-management skills.
