About the Role
Our client, a prominent firm in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee significant projects within the **Birmingham, West Midlands, UK** region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of complex construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, time, and cost parameters.

- Oversee site operations, contractor management, and quality control to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree and professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MCIOB) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a significant portion dedicated to large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects exceeding £50 million in value.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and health & safety legislation.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6).
- Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
