About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define project scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Remove impediments and obstacles for the development team to ensure smooth project progression.
- Track project progress, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of sprints and releases.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, promoting Agile best practices.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Continuously improve team processes and project delivery through retrospectives and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Agile software development projects.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Must have the legal right to work in the **United Kingdom**.
