About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge SaaS products. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with strategic business objectives for SaaS product development.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
- Oversee the agile development process, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to quality standards, security best practices, and performance metrics.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party components or services.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and team productivity within a remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 5 years focused on SaaS product development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using agile methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
